Ram Leather Care Site

PKS was contracted by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region IV, to provide operations and maintenance services at the Ram Leather Care Site Groundwater Treatment Facility in Mecklenburg, NC, for a period of five years.
Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Prepare a Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) and Operations and Maintenance Plan (O&M) addressing the contaminants of concern
- Conduct system O&M activities on a monthly basis to prevent equipment from failure or decline with the goal of maximizing efficiency and reliability
- Perform monitoring at selected points in the treatment train (5 sample locations) to ensure proper contaminant removal efficiencies for six months, then conduct bi-annual system performance monitoring
