William Lupichuk joined Polu Kai Services, LLC in March of 2010. He is the Operations Manager for Mid-Atlantic Construction for Polu Kai Services. He received an Engineering Degree from the University of Rochester and Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University. He has over 15 years of experience in program and project management with experience in Environmental Remediation and Construction.
Before joining Polu Kai Services, Mr. Lupichuk served in the United States Navy. He followed up as a Program Manager providing technical expertise and programmatic support in assisting DOE in oversight and coordination of technology deployment activities at numerous projects. He was also a Program Manager overseeing project management of the design and construction of the $60 million ethanol facility, which included a waste water treatment facility and railroad loop track.
