Air Force Medical Modernization Program (AFMSA), Design Build/Initial Outfitting Services – US Air Force
PKS was contracted to provide industry expertise to support Medical Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Initial Outfitting (IO) programs for the Air Force Medical Support Activity (AFMSA). PKS provides industry experts to AFMSA that are stationed at various Air Force bases around the country. These personnel provided the following services for AFMSA: Planning, design, construction, and initial outfitting program from the fiscal, technical, and schedule perspectives; Provided rapid response to program/project issues affecting Industry Partner’s understanding and application of program requirements to project execution; Established technical framework and guidance for accomplishment of major program goals; Assisted in the execution of activities to include equipment procurement and replacement strategies, public affairs communication and advertisement and Medical Facility Transition training fluctuations and balancing relative to IO&T provisioning.
