Bldg. 413 CENSECFOR Interior Renovations, NS Mayport – NAVFAC South East
Polu Kai Services was awarded a Task Order on our NAVFAC SE MACC Contract for the Interior Renovation of Bldg. 413 CENSECFOR at NS Mayport. The work involved demolishing all lighting, two windows, wood framing, ACT system, and encapsulating most of the existing flooring for ACM. After demolition was complete, PKS installed all new lighting, new ACT system, VCT, metal framing, gypsum board, door and hardware, two new windows, and painted the entire interior of the building.
